Grow Lamps
Every complete grow light system we sell is supplied complete with a grow lamp - in the case of High Intensity Lighting systems this is always a Grolux Spectrum Adjusted Lamp which is a great all rounder for both vegetative and flowering growth. There are other lamps types available depending upon your personal preference and the purpose for which you are using your grow light system. For example, if you have a dedicated vegetative growth room, then it would be beneficial to use a metal halide lamp in that system for optimal vegetative growth results. It also never hurts to experiment with new lamps over time to see if you can get that precious extra few percent additional performance form your plants. the Greenpower lamp is proving a popular choice with some of our expert customers thanks to the additional performance that it can achieve over and above the cheaper lamps. Also, remember to change your grow lamps at regular intervals to avoid any loss in performance. we recommend changing Grolux lamps every 4 months, Sunmaster lamps every 5 months, Sodium lamps every 6 months and Halide lamps every 9 months.
